It's been a stormy night, the sound of rain hitting the roof a constant metronome in the background as I move about my apartment tidying things up here and there. Although it appears dreary outside, it soothes the soul and lulls you into a sense of peace. I rather enjoy the rain, the fresh smell of it, the sound of it, even the feel of it against my face when outdoors. To me, it's as close to heaven as you can get here on earth, at least weather wise.
